Hi, I’m Caroline. For the past eight years, I’ve been the sole designer for a high-volume, high-visibility team at CBRE. I’ve led projects from offering memorandums to custom cricket bat wraps for clients, navigated constantly shifting timelines, and made design decisions under ambiguity that shaped how work was presented to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

I start each project by trying to ask the right questions for the challenge. I explore ideas, test solutions, and don’t hesitate to start over when something isn’t working. I enjoy seeing how all the pieces fit together, both in the work itself and across a larger strategy.
